Actually it would if that game utilizes the cloud processing. The game can have the graceful degradation if their internet stutters or goes offline, or offer a slightly degraded version if no internet available at all.

There is no requirement for games to be multiplayer only in order to utilize the Cloud...

Cloud processing is really only useful in multiplayer. I mean there's nothing technically stopping Bethesda from using the cloud in Skyrim 6 to control NPCs, but that's just not going to happen.

I feel like all you people have your heads in the clouds with what you expect to be offloaded to servers.

or are you just underestimating, iow 2 can play that game
