Xbox one power scaling due to external updates! how listening to the internet has shot microsoft in the ass

If the cloud will be doing CPU work for on-line games, how is that going to affect lag? My internet is fast enough for online shooters but if my kids are also on line everything goes to the shit. This makes me think my internet connection will not be fast enough to take advantage of this Microsoft cloud awesomeness...
