So what happens when I am not connected to the internet when playing the game. Does it still run at 1080p and 60 frames or not... if it does then that would be very interesting to the "benefits" to the cloud (because it's still running the same performance levels). If it doesn't then that would also raise a question :) 

The cloud doesn't increase the graphical capability, it just does tasks allowing things like ram and processing power to be used for other purposes.

I think he is referrng to the online. because their is a big difference btw mantaining 60 fps in sp compared to mp.

it does mean they can create larger levels and tracks, so @bolded it sort of does
