Well, the take away I got from that was, over the years in an effort to one-up each other, the mechanics of the games got more and more difficult.
Killer Instincts is more open and accessible because of the more simplied mechanics of the game. Making the game fun and enjoyable. Rather than a chore to learn, play, and master.
