GameStop manager threatens to release angry customer's details over GTA V issue, gets fired

I have picked up many preorders at GS and have never once needed an ID, only my receipt that shows the purchase. And this applies to many GS stores, not just a few. This "ID is required" thing must be a regional/manager's discretion type thing.
