Just interested, why is voice not for you. Do you have bad experience with voice commands or you just do not like talking to your devices. The only reason I am asking is that I can see voice being much faster than picking up a controller and navigating to something instead of just saying "PS4 Play God of War". |
I don't like talking to devices. (except cursing crashing pc programs)
I like browsing through my installed games, videos, etc
I'm soft spoken, voice recognition hardly ever works for me on the phone
I have kids making noise and it's trouble enough to keep the remote from them
I prefer the certainty and direct response that buttons give.
The only time I can see it being useful is when I know what I'm looking for in the online store and have to enter a search term without a keyboard currently attached. However I have about 5% faith in that working, as I'm not a native English speaker, have a slight accent and don't always know the correct pronunciation (to much hilarity of my wife) although I usually do know the correct spelling.
So not for me.
