40% female gamers would mean,40% of all games female related/compatibel
the game line up would look more like the one from nintendo than one from "standard fps"-even the sony line up has more to offer for non-standard-core gamers.
And about the kinect games?there is no game that is close to reference,milestone or hype-that's nothing to really get a 40% female audience.
