Tales of Vesperia is not 360 Exclusive it's on PS3. You may only be able to play it in Japanese, but because PS3 is region free anyone can purchase it and play it anywhere in the world.
I think the list should be more purist. It should only be games that can only be played on one device. No PC games, no Vita cross buy games, no DS/3DS games, no HD upgrades from former generations.
These exclusive lists showcase why it's important to consider buying a given platform. A game that's on PC and console does not showcase why I should think about buying the console.
