Also... it's not really true. Outside of Prexisting conditions, everyone too poor to buy health insurance already qualifies for government funded health insurance.
If the uninsured people wanted insurance you wouldn't have to threaten them with a fine if they didn't get it.
The vast majority of people without health insurance don't have it by choice.
Forcing these healthy people to get it, is what's supposed to offset the huge rise in costs due to forcing people with presxisting conditions on everyone elses plans.
That said, no point in really defunding obamacare, the most damaging parts when it comes to costs are the parts that don't cost any money.
