Valve Steambox could outpower XB1 and PS4, according to CGM

I can't imagine Valve betting a lot of money on a 600-800$ steambox.
What I believe they will launch, will be closer to a PS Vita TV : my PC doing the heavy work and the steambox streaming it on my TV.
