Huh?  How does saying "launching in most european markets" become he thinks there are less than 14 countries in Europe?  You feeling ok today?

But yeah, perhaps he should have said launching in the important European markets to clarify. 

One is launching in 7 European countries, as far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong. 

Majority means >50%, which means 7 would be >50% of countries in Europe, which means 100%<14


Like I said.... perhaps he should have clarified with important countries (markets).  Countries with a few thousand inhabitants dont really constitute a discrete "market"

I think we know what he meant though.

I know a guy that always says the exact opposite of what he means. At first I thought he was just stupid when he made inaccurate claims all the time. Now I always know what he means despite him being wrong every single time. 

A statement can be wrong even though you could probably figure out its meaning.
