There are 2 ways I managed to stream flash player content. Well 3 if you count splashtop and PC mirroring but thats not very elegant...
1. Using Plex. It has apps for pretty much every flash player on the web and can stream content from your PC at home to Windows phone. As long as you have a decent upstream (1.5 mbps) you can stream the likes on Gametrailers, The Escapist, CNET...etc
2. FlashVideo - http://www.windowsphone.com/en-ca/store/app/flashvideo/ff811366-4d1b-42be-9254-d9f6f3dd3e8e
The secret to flash players is that virtually none of them actually stream .FLV content. They only use flash for authentication since its way more secure than HTML5. The FlashVideo is able to stream a lot of these flash players that actually play .mp4 files but use flash to authenticate. It also works great for live streams on those questionable streaming sites. ;)
I must have spent over 10 hours this month streaming US open tennis, soccer and such using this app.
There is also this app which has good reviews, but I haven't used it yet myself - http://www.windowsphone.com/en-ca/store/app/flash-videos/6e5424ae-04ac-4e76-855b-a8cc9ddcc38c
