After seeing this video my main problem with it would be that I feel that the guy posting this video online is the one who is at fault. I am sure that there are many similar cases occuring every day. The customer should have had an I.D. with him... Just think about it. How would you feel if you went to collect your preordered and prepaid game and you are told that someone else already picked it up in your name?
The video guy violated the private spheres of both, the customer and the store manager. I don't get it. just because you have a camera with you doesn't mean that you can put videos of other people online and make fun of them. You could be sued and that could get really expensive...
