"The $10 PS3 to PS4 upgrade program was first announced by Sony at Gamescom. The offer applies to four games that will be available on both platforms -- Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4, Watch Dogs, and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag -- and works with both digital and physical copies of the PS3 game, though the process is slightly different for the two."
