"When I was field testing I found being nice hardly ever worked." Of course that doesn't work! You don't want to be a Volvo, you want to be a fucking Porsche or Ferrari. Or better, an Aston Martin Nice guys give the impression that they are weak sometimes. The idea (imo) is to be a bit of a bad-ass and a nice guy at the same time. Like my angle would be that I'm a Nuclear Physicisit, ex-monk, surfer who lives with videogame developers and smokes a shit load of weed. I think my CV alone gets me a lot of attention. Go and play guitar or paint or do something outside of the basement and once you differentiate yourself from the pack you'll be sought after like cheese on nachos |
I couldn't agree more with this. I'm the prize, and I make my presence felt. I generally make them think they are privileged to hold a discussion with me, and not the other way around lol I mean, they are plenty of beautiful woman out there, especially in my home countries, so acting like this new girl is the best ever is a totally bad idea. Just 2 days ago I was coming home and I noticed the girl from the periphery of my vision. I didn't make it obvious I was scoping her out. Another fellow, arguably good looking, approached her and made his intentions quite clear from the start. She simply stared at him and then turned away. He left with his pride shattered by the look on his face. I caught her staring at me and I moved as if I was unfazed by this. From that moment it was as if we were playing a game of cat and mouse lol The more I refused to acknowledge her, the more she advanced towards me and sought attention. I didn't relent, but eventually I did open, and I managed to do what he could not by extracting her contact information. Of course I wasn't interested, but I like knowing that I could. I’m probably not going to call her, and if I do it will be after a few days to show that I’m not thinking of her and have other things to do.
I did the nice guy thing in high school, and while I’m not one to brag, I am by no means a bad looking guy, but I was constantly overlooked after girls took notice of my looks. They’d run to me and after a few conversations I was either in the friend zone or left in oblivion. Then I realized guys who were much more pedestrian in their looks (or even the aesthetically challenged) were very successful. I took a step back, did some experiments and through trial and error I figured out what was the approach. What’s even more interesting is that these principles I discovered are very universal lol Turns out women in Colombia, Grenada, Trinidad, Miami, NY and parts of Europe respond the same way (of course not every women, but it’s not a bad generalization to make).
Agreed on standing out. Since I am in America I stand out since I'm not American, and I make it VERY obvious for ladies, so they're often intrigued. My accent is thick and I come from a different country with different stories and experiences to tell. I always have pics of my country’s activities on my phone and computer as visual aids. American women seem to love the tropics lol When I tell them about beach life it's like hyponsis.
Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

That's why I asked about the asshole part in particular. When I was field testing I found being nice hardly ever worked. It's ironic since most of them respond positively to some form of negative behavior (more like good with a hint of negative), and the more beautiful the woman the more I find this true.
