If you're talking about weed then nothing. Here in WA its legal now and literally nothing has changed as far as I can see. I don't smoke and am not about to start just because its legal now. Plenty of people here in WA already did and nothing has changed. I live across the street from a police station and have literally seen people smoking weed walking by the station to no consequence before and after the legalization. I guess it depends on where you live.
