The average USA worker is one of the most productive workers in the world.  We work long hours and have few vacation/holidays compared to most nations.  If we were all on coke and meth then we would probably start working 12-16 hour shifts with an increase in work place violence due to everyone tweaking out which might result in a snap during stressful circumstances.

If it means cheap quality coke, im in.

Yea, unless you know the right people.  Knew a guy named Crazy J when I grew up in Ohio that got 8 balls for $50.  It was cut but it wasn't as bad as some of the stuff that I've done at a higher price point.  Moved to Texas and some random guy asked if I wanted some during college days and he stated 100-150 for 8 ball and I laughed at him.  Shit is overpriced and it mainly just makes me talk a lot and horny.  I never really had an addiction to coke unless it was the night of snorting it.  I am of a marijuana kind of guy.  Don't get me started on how overpriced KB is in USA... Even knowing a decent hook up you can still fork over way too much than what it should be worth.
