A can of worms has just been opened! - No this isn't a quote, it is what you have done!

"Gandalf... that's what they use to call me... Yes, Gandalf the Grey, (chuckling) that was my name. (pause) I am Gandalf the White. And I return to you now, at the turn of the tide."
-- Gandalf, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (movie)

"Fell deeds awake. Now for wrath, now for ruin, and a red dawn. Forth Eorlingas!"
-- King Theoden, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (movie)

"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."
-- Gandalf, The Lord the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (movie)

"A day may come when the courage of Men fails, when we forsake our friends, and break all bonds of fellowship...
An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the Age of Men comes crashing down...
But it is not this day."
-- Aragorn, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (movie)

"From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadow shall spring. Renewed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king."
--Lord of the Rings (it's not the whole poem, the first part and I think a ending part is left out of the movie)

Frodo: I can't do this, Sam.
Sam: I know. It's all wrong. By rights we shouldn't even be here. But we are. It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger, they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going. Because they were holding on to something.
Frodo: What are we holding onto, Sam?
Sam: That there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo... and it's worth fighting for.
--Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (movie)

"The Lord of the Rings is a mythology, it is a fairy tale, it's an adventure story. It never happened. Except somewhere in our hearts."
--Ian McKellen

"If I find in myself a desire which no experience in the world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world."
--C.S. Lewis

"And you asked me what I want this year, and I try to make this kind and clear, just the chance that maybe we'll find better days. Cause I don't need boxes wrapped in strings, desire and love or tempted things, just the chance that maybe we'll find better days."
--Goo Goo Dolls, "Better Days"

I could probably dig up more if I had the time.

Edit: Forgot one of the best:

Galadriel: The world is changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it. It began with the forging of the Great Rings. Three were given to the Elves, immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings. Seven to the Dwarf lords, great miners and craftsmen of the mountain halls. And nine, nine rings were gifted to the race of men, who, above all else, desire power. But they were, all of them, deceived, for another Ring was made. In the land of Mordor, in the fires of Mount Doom, the Dark Lord Sauron forged in secret a master Ring, to control all others. And into this Ring he poured his cruelty, his malice and his will to dominate all life. One Ring to rule them all.

And the Brawl rendition (by me):

Zelda: The stage is changed. I feel it in the water. I feel it in the earth. I smell it in the air. Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it. It began with the creation of the Super Smash Bros. One was given to the N64, strongest, immortal, fairest of all beings. Another was given to the GC, who above all desired power. But they were deceived, for another Smash Bros was made. In the land of Japan, in the fires of Nintendo HQ, the Dark Lord Sakuri forged in secret a master Smash Bros, to control all others. And into this final Smash he poured his cruelty, his malice and his will to dominate all life. One Brawl to end them all.

Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

And that of course...
