More incompetence from those loathsome losers at USIS, the company (and my ex-employer) who also cleared Edward Snowden. No doubt he was cleared because of the pressure the clowns at USIS corporate put on the investigators to do cases as quickly as possible "without skirting the rules", at a speed at which the investigators are simply forced to cheat and pray that they don't get caught.
