Right now is 2:30AM in Japan... the conferece starts at 10:00AM... so 7 hours and 30 minutes to go.

I just looked at the OP and saw that it said 12:10 and assumed that's when it started.  But you're right, the events on all 3 days begin at 10am Tokyo time.
