Leave fanboys out of it and just call it like it is. I doubt even the biggest Sony supporters would claim Sony has designed a service that can ever come close to the other companies you listed. I would say its slow but not shitty and if people are finding it not very user friendly then there is something wrong with them. It's harder to open a bag of chips then it is to use the psn store.
