Yup, all I've got to go on so far is this NeoGAF thread reporting the new coming from the latest issue of Jump magazine:

I'll update the OP with a more reliable source when/if one comes available, but seems very likely at the moment given Square Enix in their current state.
That's an extremely late release date and a pretty high premium for the Vita versions ($10 more for both titles). I wonder if they'll have a bundle of both games.
