If they take that long to release it - I hope that the translation team for the fan patch finishes and releases it (hopefully by that time the PSP emulator will be way better too).

Can't even say I'm joking that much. FF Versus XIII (now XV) was MIA for almost an entire gen. FFXV seemingly will take another ~2 years before completition. Final Fantasy X HD has been in development for ~2x the time of FF X's development now (the game was announced 2011 ffs). By the sound of it FF Type-0's localization hasn't even begun yet. Nintendo usually takes ~6 months for the localization of a game...how long will Square Enix take? I definitely wouldn't expect it until mid 2014.
