Seriously parents, just stop and pay at least a little bit of attention to your kids. Similar to this, I shudder when I see a kid playing COD online. They end up in a lobby with older 18 year olds and hear some of the most racist, misogynistic and disgusting language one can think of and they actually start copying them. It really saddens me because children are very impressionable and they learn things from their surroundings. An early age is when their personality is developing rapidly. Me as a 21 year old would not want to hear the things some people say online (which is why I mostly mute my headset in public games), but allowing 12-13 year old kids who don't know better to be exposed to such is just mind boggling. Of course parents need to teach children about aspects of life such as sex and also about the difference between fiction and reality, but it is also their job to protect their children from untimely stimulus that may adversely affect their growth. Let the children have their years of innocence which will be some of the precious times of their lives.
