People seem to go crazy over this on this site. To me it really does not matter. Maybe I am not technical enough to even give a crap?

Does this make you interested in the game now? Or is it just nice to prove the Wii U has power? What is so hot about this subject?

60FPS is a selling point for me. I am very dissappointed that almost all PS4 games (even Drive-Club, a racing game!) has only 30FPS. At least they seem to have vsync now ...

Even on the Wii most games had 60FPS with vsync, and it seems most Wii U games tend to have 60 FPS/vsync too (and look graphically impressive, like Mario Kart, Smash Bro, Bayonetta 2 etc.). Some of these games have 1080p on top of that! Seems the Wii U with its heavily modified Non-Standard-GPU/CPU has surprising powers.

For me 30FPS and vsync are the minimum criteria for a lot of genres (shooter, beat'em up, jump&run, racing) and this criteria are the reason I skipped a lot of PS360 games. I can't stand a game of this genres with tearing or FPS below 30. For Jump&Run, Beat'em Up & Racing 60 FPS are the minimum.
