Not currently. They are well on there way though. Even the UN is planning sanctions. We have our own problems but we caused their problems. We owe them. To do otherwise is to show no personal responsibility as a country.
Foreign countries will respect us even less if we pull out and leave their country to tear themselves apart. No one could take us seriously anymore and just expect us to go in, fuck everything up change administrations and say "fuck you guys we're out. That was the other party, it's not our fault anymore."
That's the difference. Mccain was a huge critic of Iraq as we were screwing it up. However he thinks when you fuck up something it's your job to fix it no matter what it costs you. I don't understand how someone can disagree with that.
