I actually thought the best bits were off track.

The race scenes were good, but it was quite blurry and had a lot of jump cuts. I'd have preferred calmer shots with better views of the crashes.

well that mark kermode off the radio said he didn't know much about F1,they said they kept the story simple for the big non F1 audience but people seem to like it and ron howard knows how to make a movie usually

calm shots with nice edits in big movies now there is a rarity
