They have around 30-40 million middleclass residents now and it's rapidly growing. Sony will target the VTV to the rest.

What do you mean by middle class residents ? (do these middle class residents also have the same income as your average US citizen ?) If so then thats a pretty small market to aim towards seeing as alot of them don't know about gaming.
