So yeah, there is no clear winner for me. It just boils down to what you prefer.

You can't really add Driveclub into the bolded because it's not really trying to be an accurate simulation. I think it will be more akin to PGR and Forza Horizon. But the other two I agree with.  Although I think F5 and DC are really close on the first one. 

Sure, I know that. But it's still worth considering I think. My point is none of the games will be THE best driving game, each has its pro and cons. That's why I don't get the page long discussions. All three games will be worth their money.
