There is a complete option. You can either buy the Blu-ray version or upgrade to the full version through PS+ for a slightly reduced price. Not only that but once you've upgraded to the full edition through PS+, you no longer require PS+ to play it, so it effectively becomes a FTP game outside of the PS+ paywall. That might seem odd because you'll need PS+ to get that discount, but it's not when you consider you'd only have to pay a months subscription fee:
