Not by much, but I think it looks better than Forza. The environmental effects and cars look more realistic in Drive Club, while the foliage on Forza looks a bit better in my opinion. I think the building models in both games could look much better. I'll stick with the free PS+ edition. Doesn't really take too long before I lose interest in a driving game.
Since I play driving games on automatic, I'll probably enjoy Drive Club better as well. I can play Gran Turismo and drift really well using manual, but I can't race well while doing 900 different things at once, dropping down to second gear coming around a turn going 60, then immediately putting it back to third or so while I'm coming out of the turn to not overturn. Using manual you constantly have to think about what gear your in and you're constantly down shifting and upshifting when making turns. Never having drove a manual more than once in real life and always choosing automatic because I never wanted to get the hang of doing manual in games. I'm fairly good at racing games, but I screwed myself over by taking the easy way since you can't drift well with automatic since you can't change the gear. Maybe on Drive Club you can drive a little bit with automatic since it's not supposed to be entirely realistic.
