The digital sales been so high i suspect is due to the lack of copies at retail upon release.
I myself pre-ordered it on August 12th (with a release date of August 23rd) however, my copy did not arrive until September 3rd (ordered online via amazon)
Could not find the game for love nor money in any shops (and i went to many)
