nothing, just like Windows 32 or 64 it wouldn't make any different until you have more than 4 GB RAM.

32 is limited to 4 GB RAM ,and phones barely carry 2 GB RAM , so having a 64 bit processor is useless, that is until Phones reach Laptop speeds, a useless marketing gimmick just like every single "Feature" samsung makes.

It was Apple who said it.. samsung just says that they also have 64 bit planes.. :)
