Seems pretty probable to me. PS4 + XBONE will be constrained by stock shortages, Vita is doing naff all in the West at the moment and I don't see anything coming to change that in 2013.
The only potential spanner in the works IMO is Wii U. Who knows what PS4/XBONE shortages combined with Mario 3D World will do in December. It will be the only "real" choice in December IMO.
RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.
