IGN paraphrased, they didn't quote. MN said Xbone was disrespectful to the people working on the console.
"Bone" in US slang has a dual connotation. 1) to fuck something 2) get cheated out of something.
1. I boned this chick last night behind the bar.
2. That asshole boned me on the used car I bought from him.
It's also generally an incorrect acronym.
Xbox is one word, not two. Therefore Xbox One is two words. XO would be correct, or X1 would be correct, but XBOne, XbOne, or xbone would not be. However, out of those three, XbOne is the most correct.
