I am sure that the conditions are not that different this generation than they was last generation, the multiplatform games will probably look equal on xbox one and playstation 4 just like it was last generation and both will get gorgeous exclusive games. They aren't equal, but yes the multiplats will be similar. The exclusives will tell the story though. The difference is going to be bigger than the PS3 and 360 for sure.

I agree with you on the fact that games will be more revealing than announced specs, but how you imagine the difference will be bigger this gen is beyond me.
