I wasn't satisfied with either. FIFA is too similar and in PES the opponent's AI is dumb, even on higher difficulties. Especially the defenders and goalkeeper.

Yeah thought the same.I know those are Demos but...
The Opponents AI in PES is probably one of the worst i have seen in a long time.Even on Top Player or Superstar(i think thats the one that is harder?) you can do whatever you want with them. The Gameplay feels good but you really have at times no challenge and some animations look weird.
The presentation is amazing and im really interested in this Game for the Master League and all those modes.
Can't really compare PES14 Demo to previous versions cause the last PES i played was PES on the PS2 i think...oh an PES2008 that was horrible as hell.

FIfa 14 Demo felt quite good.
I played it on PC and i think this year PS360 and PC are the same right?
It felt a little bit slower and all those skillmoves are a lot smoother to execute.Im a controlled skiller not some stickraper so i know when and how to do them.
What i liked is thanks to the somehow slower gamespeed and new animations and stuff you can finally play real football and not only "Kick and rush" like everyone played online aka Real Madrid with Ronaldo as striker abusing.I had a passing combination + goal on Legendary that would even put the real Barcelona to shame.Never were able to do something like that in Fifa13 except with Manual Passing.
Defenders actually had right positioning most of the time and that they slow down the opponent is great.Could be a key feature for Ultimate Team cause everyone will still try to abuse pace there. But with that feature you actually could play with "slow" players like Puyol and stuff and still be competitive against those 95 average Pace idiots.Means not everyone is using the same boring teams all the time.
Graphics are slightly better than Fifa13 but i don't judge the game now cause here only NextGen will matter for me.
In the Demo finesse shots and lob trough passes are too strong but EA already said they nerfed it for the retail version.
And of course we have to remember Fifa Demos are always completely different from the Release Versions.

Some Fifa Youtuber (KSIolajideBT,AirjapesFifa,Nepenthez and so on) were invited to an EA Event were they played the Beta and could test out all the Gamemodes.
2vs2 Season Mode is probably the best new addition they made - Its insane how fun this looks.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNub8nnFiyE  - Probably the most important feature for me in Fifa14.

They also said the difference between Fifa14 Current Gen and NextGen are like Day and Night. The NextGen Version is a ton better as they say.
Probably cause of the new engine only the NG Versions are getting.

To be honest i don't know what i should get RIGHT NOW.I wanted to wait till End of November...
I know i will be getting Fifa14 on the PS4 cause it is the only NextGen Football game but after playing both demos im thinking about getting one of the 2 right now for PC cause both feel like a step up or a good new experience in the case of PES.
At Fifa i know what i get and i can watch a lot of stuff about the game on youtube cause those FifaYoutube Guys uploaded tons of videos about every gamemode and how it changed.
On the other side for PES i only have the Demo that isn't telling and showing me much except for the good presentation and Fox Engine.I can't even play the Demo on PC and have to stick to consoles and they have Framerate issues that annoy me personally.
Konami did at this part a really bad job - The Fifa Community is getting tons of informations through those guys with a few million subscribers combined while PES doesn't get shit.
I know there are PES Fansites that got stuff to show about the game but this is nowhere near the mass of information and promotion Fifa is getting right now.

Maybe i will get both if i can find cheap Steam/Origin Keys somewhere. It isn't like im paying 70€ for a game like im used to on consoles.
