From a Christain perspective, Heaven is only temporary.

I don't recall the exact number but once the tribulation is over and all evil is banished from the Earth, everyone in Heaven will come back to Earth to a new body and live here til the end of time.

I sometimes think "what if we are just energy for a machine" Good people are positive energy so they go up. Bad people are negative energy so they go down, and we all just end up being fuel for some superior beings machine. Maybe even to fuel the next big bang in ever how many billions of years it is.

Or
What if all religions are just different roads to the same place. As long as you are good, you are rewarded. I think too many people try to understand God and think they know as much as he does. The question things that they don't understand but never can understand because of their limited view. People who are on camera at work will act differently when they aren't being watched. God would know and understand this and act accordingly. That's why its not obvious he is out there. In the span of 6 billion years the 100 at most we get is nothing, if you only had to suffer for .0000001% of your existence how can it be that bad. Besides if you don't know pain you will never fully appreciate pleasure and the things that hurt us are only temporary. So many things about religion would become clear if more people stopped pretending they are superior to our creator.
