Not for fast food and other minium wage type jobs they don't... Something like 1.5 million workers make under 4 euros an hour. With the bottom level of wages reported being 55 cents.
and Unions don't keep factories in countries... it's quite the opposite.
What keeps union style jobs in a country is a general populace that wants the existence of good union jobs more then they want cheap goods. That or cases like germany where they augment things where you basically don't need a minimium wage, and the good union jobs are supported by cheap non union jobs.
Having no minium wage helps that because their is no "floor level" of success, meaning shitty jobs aren't seen as real jobs.
