I just played some Melee, and I used Captain Falcon. I've always hated him, but he was hell of a lot of fun to play with. I played Free For All vs 3 bots. I wasn't owning them :/ (I'm used to beating 2 of them teamed up on me easy). If I were to rate that game today, I'd give it a 9.31 (so I'm higher than the 9.3 ers :P)
Pros: Well, you guys know them
Cons:
Aerial doesn't do enough damage for most characters, waiting for your opponent to fall down, and then hit, is better.
The game is a tiny bit to fast, but not a lot. If it were slower, there would be more tactics involved.
The bots WALK into fully loaded IC attacks, and FALCON PUNCH! That is ridicoulous.
I want a real 1 on 1 vs a bot fight, the bots are too weak.
For brawl, most of those things have been changed :D. I don't know about the bot stuff, though.
