everything operates at the same frequency in this gpu architecture (unlike some older nvidia cards)
Why Penello doesn't talk about TMUs (texture mapping unit) there s 48 in X1, 72 in PS4.
No words on ROPs as well? 16 vs 32 (that's a 100% increase). ROPs are very important..
PS4 Onion and Onion+ share the same bus and, hence, the same bandwidth. Onion(+), however, adds an additional 10GB/s bandwidth to the 20GB/s of the CPU bus, which is not to be confused with Onion(+), resulting in a total of 30GB/s of cache-coherent bandwidth.
