64-bit processor about 2x faster than iphone5
HTC camera tech.. yes better camera
fingerprint scanner for better/easier security (actually kinda cool if it works well)
and then colors. basically no iphone5 as its not plastic and colored. iphone5s can have similar colored cases. but also comes in black/silver/gold colors. Then of course there's the iOS7 that adds a lot of color to be in better competition with style from Android 4.x, moto X and in someways nokia's winphones.
aditionally you can now get Apple's office app collection for free with these new devices.
