Sorry, but i dont understand what you are on about. The Vita TV means you can hook up your Vita to the TV when you are at home. When you are outside you use your Vita screen obviously. I wonder if you're confused over what this is.

Oh i see. I was the one confused. I thought you needed to have a Vita for this thing to work. I guess not. You can still swap the games around though, so it still makes sense to the Japanese. But i suppose this is a cheaper Vita you use with your TV. Shocking. It really is on the same level as the 2DS.
