Hardware
PS4 and XBO get two big thumbs up from me with respect to hardware.
Wii U ..... it would have received that response in 05/06
Price
PS4 definitely. XBO is okay but I don't care for Kinect so parting with an extra 100 is a big deal for me. While the Wii U is the cheapest out of the box, I'll have to buy a pro controller and HDD to fully enjoy the system so that bring the cost up a bit, and the tech is retrograde, so in a sense I don't feel like I'm getting my value for money (from a tech perspective of course and I am very indifferent about the tablet so it's a waste of money for me)
Games
PS4 and Wii U are the two that satisfy me the most considering the first party line up. Assuming TitanFall is a timed exclusive, I have no real reason to want to own a XBO at this point.
Online
XBO and PS4 seem to be where the real action will be. Yes we have to pay but we're getting what we pay for - a good experience. I'm not convinced on Nintendo's offerings online yet and I tend to wonder how populated their space will be for third party games. Save for Smash and MK8, I don't see myself playing the Wii U much online.
Those I intend to own
Considering everything, I plan on getting PS4 + Wii U for my entertainment. The Sony + Nintendo combination worked well for me throughout the generations - save for this gen since I chose not to buy a Wii - so from a software perspective I think it will continue that way for me.
Playstation = The Beast from the East
Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS
