Worst game of all time: Shaq Fu on the SNES. Rented it out played for 20 minutes and returned it and told them it was a faulty game and I got another game instead, Mortal Kombat 2.
The worst game of recent I would say Sonic the Hedgehog (XBox 360/PS3), the camera and gameplay was so crap you would die randomly with no fault of your own.
