I would say The Last of Us beats it in almost every aspect, but I would give the slight edge in story to Walking Dead. Just a bit better though, not really anything that makes a huge difference.
The voice acting, the gameplay, the graphics etc are all better in the Last of Us. Of course this is my opinion and I'm a Naughty Dog fanboy so...yeah.
