Tbh idk what the guy is trying to say. It seems he began backpedaling as soon as he become aware GAF was talking about his tweets. He started by saying the PS4 is faster (which does not necessarily mean more powerful) but is basically now saying hardware doesn't matter as much as good developers. His update on GAF basically said yes, PS4 is "right now" faster in development than Xbone, but that hey, 360 was faster than PS3 in many areas and yet 360 has nothing that looks as good as Last of Us.

Of course, PS3 was more powerful. Xbone is not.
