No i think it's Nokia poking fun at Samsung since some but few of their phones will run the new Android 4.4 or kitkat, showing the huge fragmentation with android. As all Nokia smartphones are on Wp8, the latest from Microsoft. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if a Samsung phone broke like that.
