Lols. If that were true, they'd release in more countries to at least meet all their pre-order demand.
The fact that they plan to meet pre-orders and have stock on shelves to help other casuals be able to get one adds more evidence to "no supply issues" being correct. Localization problems must really be the issues for those other countries.
