Is Quantum Break open world? Have you seen gameplay footage?

What difference does that make? Halo 4 is an open world, Uncharted 2 and 3 are practically on rails they are so closed in, and I guarantee you wouldn't say that Halo 4 is better visually then either of those games.

I think seeing gameplay footage makes a pretty big difference. Also, I didn't know Halo 4 was open world. So you can go wherever you want in the game?
